2. Information Collected Automatically
When you browse the site, our web server and website software record standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used to operate and secure the site.
We use cookies for the following purposes only:
- Essential: keeping items in your cart, maintaining your session through checkout, and keeping you logged in if you have an account
- Performance: page caching, so the site loads quickly
- Internal sales reporting: our store software records order and sales data in our own database
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not permit third parties to collect information about your browsing across other websites through our site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the cart and checkout from working.
3. Payment Information
Card details are entered directly into secure fields hosted by our payment processor also know as Sola, our payment processor. Full card numbers are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We receive only a transaction reference, an approval or decline result, and the last four digits of the card.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Process, prepare, and deliver your order
- Contact you about your order, including confirmations, delivery updates, substitutions, and questions about availability
- Calculate delivery availability and fees for your ZIP code
- Handle refunds, quality concerns, and customer service
- Keep records required for tax, accounting, and food safety purposes
- Detect and prevent fraud and secure our site
- Send you marketing messages, only where you have separately opted in (see Section 6)
5. Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to help us operate, and only for that purpose:
| Recipient | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|

| Our web host | Site and order data stored on their servers | To host the website |

| Our SMS provider | Name, phone number, order details | To send text updates |
| Third-Party Delivery couriers | Name, delivery address, phone number | To deliver your order |
| Google Places | Delivery address, | To autocomplete your address |
We may also disclose information where required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent or trade customer lists.
6. Text Messages
When you provide your mobile number, we may text you about your order. Marketing texts are sent only with your separate, express consent. Our text program, including how to opt out, is described in our SMS Terms.
7. How Long We Keep It
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and then for the period required by tax, accounting, and food safety recordkeeping rules. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Marketing contact details are kept until you opt out.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site and hosted payment fields so that card numbers do not reach our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. California Residents
If you are a California resident, you may request that we disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about you and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it, and you may request deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
California’s “Shine the Light” law permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to them. Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites or serve targeted advertising, our practices do not change based on a Do Not Track signal.
12. New York Residents
We are a New York business and we welcome questions about how we handle your information at the contact details below. Based on our size, we do not meet the applicability thresholds of the New York Data Privacy Act, which apply to businesses controlling or processing the personal data of at least 100,000 New York consumers, or of at least 25,000 consumers combined with revenue derived from selling personal data.
