How combining orders with neighbors works
- Coordinate with your neighborsFind up to 10 neighbors who’d like to combine their Sea Blue Fish order with yours, and decide which house everything should be delivered to so everyone can pick theirs up easily.
- Order within the same 30 minutesEvery order being combined has to be placed within the same 30 minutes, so we can match them up before we start packing.
- Everyone ticks the combine boxEach person combining ticks the combine box at checkout and enters the same delivery address — the one address we should bring everything to.
- We deliver to that one addressThe combined orders travel together and arrive at that single address, but each order is packed separately with the customer’s name labeled on the bag.
- The delivery fee is splitInstead of each order paying a full delivery fee, one fee covers the trip and is split evenly between the orders being combined — so the more neighbors join in, the less each of you pays.
- Your fee is adjusted afterwardsCheckout still shows the regular delivery fee. We adjust it while we process the order, based on how many orders end up combined, so you are only charged your share.
- SMS delivery updatesSMS delivery updates are sent to the person whose address the order is delivered to, so please check with them for the status of your delivery.
